A.     The working principle of ultrasonic cleaning machine

The basic components of an ultrasonic cleaner : ultrasonic generator, transducer and washing tank.

First, the ultrasonic generator converts the AC power into a ultrasonic frequency power supply. The frequency range is generally 16KHZ-68KHZ, up to 1000KHZ, and then the power is supplied to the transducer through the cable. The transducer is often composed of several sound heads. The heads are combined in parallel to form an acoustic array, where the electrical energy is converted into the same frequency mechanical vibration energy, which is transmitted to the cleaning water tank to form an ultrasound field that vibrates back and forth in the cleaning liquid.

In the ultrasonic field, the vibration negative pressure zone is not enough to be replenished by the surrounding liquid, forming a myriad of tiny vacuum bubbles. When the positive pressure comes, the microbubbles suddenly close under pressure, and the violent collision between the liquids produces a great shock wave. It can form an atmospheric pressure of several thousand to tens of thousands and a high temperature in the transient state. This is the " cavitation " effect of ultrasonic waves.

The cavitation effect has a very good cleaning and emulsifying effect, so that the oil is removed from the surface of the cleaning workpiece, thereby achieving a fast and cleaning purpose.

B.      The advantages of ultrasonic cleaning

1. Clean thoroughly: Microscopic observation can see that the pits on the surface of the object to be washed, the bottom of the processing marks and the root of the thread can be washed clean.

2, Fast: compared with immersion cleaning can improve work efficiency 10-20 times. It can improve the efficiency by 20%-50% than spray cleaning.

3. No dead angle: compared with the spray, without dead angle, so it is more suitable for internal and external structures complex, microscopic uneven, with slits, small holes, corners, dense components.

4, The workpiece is not deformed, will not scratter: compared with the spray, the thin plate workpiece and the tiny workpiece will not be deformed and scattered.

5. Adapt to a variety of workpieces: can be used for degreasing, decontamination, derusting, descaling, passivation, neutralization,etc.

6. Suitable for a wide range of materials: for steel, cast iron, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, glass, circuit boards, electronics and optical components and other parts.
